CHRISTMAS PUDDING

1 c. carrot, grated (4)
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. Christmas fruit
1 c. lard
1 c. potatoes, grated
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 egg

DIRECTIONS

Mix ingredients together. Pour into 2-quart covered container. Steam 2 hours. Serve with Cool Whip.
