Interesting Info:
  • The nuclear plant was located near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Due to a variety of malfunctions, Reactor 2 suffered a partial meltdown. Lawsuits alleging radiation damage against the plant eventually went to the Supreme Court, which ruled in favor of Metropolitan Edison Company, operators of the plant.
